We started the month by playing the trading trainers game which involved teams making paper shoes and selling them, as though they were working in a workshop in poorer country, to show that you can work really hard but still not make a lot of money. This went towards the world challenge badge, that we are started working towards. At the end of the meeting we invested three more Cubs to Falcon Pack and we hope they have a great time with us.District Flag Making

Falcon pack also continued with some activities for the science badge investigating how exercise and activity can have an impact on your heart rate and pulse, when playing dodgeball. We have also built a compass using a needle, some magnets and a piece of cork to find out which way is north.

We have also been continuing working towards completing our totem pole and district flag segments ready for St. Georges Day.

We also had four Cubs take part in the district Cub Scout quiz while the rest of the pack went on a walk around Ripley, and playing on the parks at night time.

Finally in the last meeting before the Easter holiday we all went up to mega zone in Derby for a game of friendly laser tag. Once again thank you to the leaders and parent helpers for their help in running the games and activities.
