A lot of tired faces in the morning as the leaders woke the Cubs up for breakfast and to pack their kit away. All of the Cubs had to pack up all their clothes into their bags and clear their tents so that when the parents arrived they could be taken time. It took quite a long time for the Cubs to get their tents sorted out but as soon a they got them cleared they were allowed out to take part in the activities going on in the morning.

It is no easy feat to strike camp when you have so many Cubs and Leaders. We are very grateful to the parents that came early to give the lend a hand packing equipment away as it is hard work. Once the tents were down they were packed into a van and taken back to the Scout Hut.

While the adults had been busy sorting the camp out the Cubs had been busy making in the craft tents, riding the quad bikes, climbing the wobble pole, and shooting arrows at the Archery range. The Cubs have managed to pack in so many activities this weekend they’ll be due a lot of badges when they go back to Cubs.

Camp was dismissed when the activities had finished and all the Cubs had returned. Each Cub received a badge for their camp blanket to show that they have been to camp.
