Camp had settled down around 1am and had woken up by 5am. It is waaay to exciting to sleep at cub camp.
We were booked into lake activities in the morning so after a full English breakfast and the washing up done we set off for the lake. All the cubs had a go rafting, canoeing, kayaking and body boarding down a water slide. It was great fun and a little bit cold.

Once we had returned to camp and dried off the cubs were given free roam of the site to go and have a go at any of the activities they liked the look of.
Lunch consisted of a range of sandwiches and crisps. We also started tucking into the pile of cakes donated by parents.
After lunch a lot of the cubs went off to queue up early for activities especially the bag drop.
Some of the other activities that our cubs have done include quad biking, climbing, a cave maze and a brilliant Harris Hawk display.
Spaghetti Bolognese was for tea tonight before heading off for the evening entertainments like the camp fire and fun fair rides. With a large group having a go at Air Rifle Shooting.
After an adventure packed day the cubs were all in bed and quite for 11.30 this evening giving us leaders more time for good nights sleep ready for another day of exciting adventure.
