A big thank you to all of your young people and volunteers who turned out all smartly dressed for this years Remembrance Sunday parade. We had over 60 of our young people in attendance supported by 11 of our leaders and volunteers.
A special mention to Callie, Frankie, Oliver and Daniel for carrying the flags for the parade. Also to Amy for laying the wreath on behalf of the Group.
This was the first Remembrance parade for our new Explorer unit that stated in September for 14-18 year olds it was great that they were able to join us with their newly designed neckers.
Next year we’re looking forwards to being joined by our Squirrel Scouts who will be starting in January 2023.
